RCB Solutions services cover two distinct but closely connected areas.

For builders, we assist with construction and maintenance challenges, complex problems and second opinions, customer resolution, dilapidation reporting, and the investigation of operational processes and procedures.

For real estate agents and homeowners, our pre-sale advisory services help identify improvements that can strengthen property presentation and buyer appeal before a home enters the market.

RCB Solutions is led by Michael, whose career has included extensive hands-on and management experience across residential construction, maintenance and customer service.

His experience has involved working with construction teams, supervisors, trades, maintenance and customer service departments, managing homeowner concerns and escalations, reviewing costs and rectification strategies, and developing systems and procedures to improve the way work is managed.

Throughout that experience, one strength has remained consistent, problem solving.

Looking beyond the immediate concern, asking the right questions, challenging an existing approach when necessary and identifying practical options has become the foundation of how RCB Solutions operates today.

RCB Solutions is not about making a problem more complicated than it needs to be.

Our role is to investigate, advise and recommend based on the circumstances of each matter. Where specialist expertise is required, we recognise that and recommend the appropriate professional or trade.

Whether we're assisting a builder with a difficult construction or customer matter, reviewing an internal process, or helping prepare a property for sale, the objective is the same:

At RCB Solutions, independence is an important part of how we work.

We are not there to sell building works, push a particular product or create unnecessary work. Our role is to assess the situation on its merits and provide practical advice based on what we believe is appropriate for the circumstances.

For property owners and real estate agents, it means recommendations are made based on presentation, buyer appeal and the potential value of the improvement — not because RCB benefits from carrying out the work.
